Your RTM Launchpad: Implementing EverEx with Confidence
Jun 05, 2025
Integrating new software into a physical therapy clinic, and clinical workflows can be daunting and is rarely as simple as advertised. At EverEx, we understand that adopting a new digital tool—especially in a healthcare environment—comes with a learning curve and the need to build trust.
That’s why we’ve built a thoughtful, hands-on Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) implementation program. Our goal is to support our customers throughout the onboarding process and ensure a smooth yet robust implementation program that clinicians are left feeling confident ahead of engaging patients.
EverEx’s onboarding process consists of comprehensive training and support, and is tailored to each clinic’s unique needs. Clinics can expect:
- An in-depth training to maximize the benefits and utility of EverEx’s RTM software.
- Support from EverEx’s in-house clinical operations and patient engagement experts to support strategies and execution.
- Clarity around CPT codes and their documentation requirements. The implementation team will explain how EverEx RTM can simplify tracking each code’s status, offering real-time visibility that reduces administrative burden.
- Billing guidelines and best practices that remove the complex aspects of implementing a new program, such as EMR support to ensure you’re capturing the value of RTM without unnecessary friction.
The implementation team is an extension of the practice’s workforce. Even after onboarding is complete, the relationship and support does not end. We also understand that challenges, questions, and feedback will arise weeks or months down the road, so our team stays closely engaged with our customers ready to provide additional guidance and support. Whether it's one week or six months post-implementation, we're here to help your clinic adapt and thrive.
No two clinics are the same, and we value diversity and learning. By staying engaged and listening to your needs, we continuously refine EverEx RTM to help you focus more on patient care—and less on navigating technology.
